Do you deliver worldwide?

We offer worldwide shipping to all countries around the world with an estimated delivery time frame of 5 – 10 working days.

Do you offer Refunds or Exchange?

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchanges or returns on non-faulty items so please choose carefully.

How do I change or cancel my order to get a refund?

In an effort to ship out your products efficiently, we immediately begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. Unfortunately, once orders are submitted, they cannot be cancelled or modified.

Are your products reusable?

Yes! You can reuse our glass jars in your home in various ways, such as storage. We also offer a return and refill service.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the weight of items selected and destination.

How do I track my order?

Once we are done processing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number, as well as another email from DHL detailing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving these emails to see any changes and updates when you track your package.

What if I have any shipping issues?

From the time your package leaves our factory until it is delivered to your address, all shipping liability lies with DHL Worldwide Express services in your country. Please contact the DHL Worldwide Express services in your country with any shipping related issues

How long will it take to see results?

Every skin type is different, but most of our customers have seen results after about 2 weeks, so we are hopeful that you will have the same experience. We however make no guarantees.
